On December 29, 2009 the Oberweis China Opportunities Fund paid an ordinary income dividend of $0.118 per share for shareholders of record on December 28, 2009.

The Funds designate a portion of the China Opportunities Fund's ordinary income dividend during the year ended December 31, 2009 as 37.62% Qualified Dividend Income. Qualified dividend income is dividend income received from qualified domestic and foreign corporations. Qualified dividend income is taxed to shareholders at the rates that apply to capital gains. Shareholders should consult their tax advisor as to how to report such income and their applicable capital gains tax rate.

The Oberweis Funds did not declare a capital gains distribution in 2009.
